2. Authenticity & Product Representations

We guarantee 100% genuine products sourced strictly through authorized channels and reputable distributor networks. All products are delivered in original sealed packaging with intact serial batch numbers.

While we make every effort to display accurate bottle photography, fragrance pyramid notes (Top, Heart, Base), and volume specifications (ml/oz), slight packaging revisions by original design houses may occur without altering fragrance formulations.

3. Pricing, VAT & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in local currency and are subject to applicable taxes (including standard VAT where applicable). In the rare event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to technical or typographical error, FUZCENT reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item prior to shipment dispatch.

Payment must be confirmed in full before any package is dispatched. Accepted payment methods include major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and verified mobile payment channels via encrypted payment gateways.

4. Orders, Dispatch & Delivery

Upon order completion, you will receive an automated order confirmation. Tracking numbers are generated upon parcel handover to our dedicated courier partners.

Delivery timelines provided during checkout are good-faith estimates. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, contact number, and receiver details.

5. Returns & Quality Guarantee

Due to hygiene and cosmetic preservation standards, returned fragrances and beauty items must be unopened, in their original cellophane/carton seals, and completely unused.

6. User Accounts & Security

When creating an account, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your profile.

7. Prohibited Activities & Anti-Bot Policy

Users agree not to utilize automated scripts, scrapers, bot runners, or unauthorized API harnesses to flood our forms, hoard limited inventory, scrape pricing datasets, or disrupt website operations. We utilize multi-layered honeypot traps and cryptographic challenge tokens to protect store integrity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FUZCENT and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our service or products purchased through the platform.
